Gate Keeper Schedule - 2018

Definition: A troll is a class of being in Norse mythology and Scandinavian folklore. In Old Norse sources, beings described as trolls dwell in isolated rocks, mountains, or caves, live together in small family units, and are rarely helpful to human beings. (Wikipedia)

What a delightful description but this is far from the kind of Trolls we see working the gates at our event. Our volunteer Trolls are often quite friendly folk that enjoy helping human beings. They provide an essential service ensuring that all of our human beings are registered and allowed to participate in the event's activities. It does not matter if the Troll is novice or well-wisen to the SCA, anyone and evveryone can volunteer a short amount of time to help make our event enjoyable for all.

The Troll Cordinator this year is Renee Carr - MKA Wanda Edel at wandaedel@yahoo.ca . If you would like to volunteer, please send me an email with a few time frames that you would be available to volunteer along with your namess (SCA & MKA). We will post only your SCA name on the Troll Schedule. Ideally two people will Troll for a one hour time frame.
