The University of Avacal or TUA is the educational arm of the Kingdom of Avacal. We are unique in the known world, in that rather than being under the purview of the Arts and Sciences Office we try instead to involve all the offices in order to include classes for the administration, marshallate, heraldry, and all the other areas and aspects of SCA life that have educational needs.

The office is mainly involved in organizing and tracking the many classes occuring at events, and we give out recognitions to both instructors and students for the time and effort they put in to learn and to teach.

To that end we rely on the help of the populace - if you take a class we'd like you to sign the class attendence records, if you teach a class we'd like you to take attendence, and if you are one of the wonderful few who organize the classes please make sure the attendence forms get to the TUA Regent for entry into the database. That way we can make sure people are recognized for the work they put in to making Avacal and the game a wonderous place to be.

If you have questions about TUA feel free to contact any of the staff listed below.
If you wish to know details about how TUA operates check out the handbook and tenets. (We hope to have a new version of the handbook up soon - so please ask questions if you have any)
If you are looking for an attendence sheet because you are organizing or teaching check out the Organizational-TUA-Class-Registration-Form.
